This is really good! I like the materials and those roots. The lighting in the ends of the room is really great, but it's very different in the middle. I think it would look great to have more defining shadows around those statues, it would make the scene a lot more dramatic. Right now the shots of the middle almost look…
I just heard that there was a new Riot Art Contest and logged in to check things out and stumbled upon this. I'm rooting for this design (the "underdog") because Corki was one of my favourite characters, and this reminds me of the "Corgi Corki" design I made back in 2014. This looks great, good job and best of luck. Happy…

The arms do look a bit short. The shape and direction of his spikes make his head look large. Bring the roots down, and the tips up a little. Point his eyelashes up and out more, and not too thick. The face and texturing look fantastic. The best version of this character I've seen so far, whoever he is.
so far, its believable but It can be pushed. I suggest more definite transitions in short to large in the trunk to improve interest, vary the shaps of the limbs, thier too alike, make transitions from roots to ground. smash it and break it and vary the texture, needs rest areas in the texture. This is where you as an…
What photo reference are you using? Coral has a wide variety of shapes. But you can use the same basic workflow as modeling anything else for environments that's organic, like tree roots, rocks, etc. http://wiki.polycount.com/wiki/EnvironmentSculpting What is your target resolution and game engine? Mobile will be different…
From his blog: "Many of my coworkers - those with families and houses, those with roots in Vienna, those who invested many years of their lives in this company, those who moved here from abroad - are in difficult positions." That pisses me off to no end. Screw you Take two, screw you in the butt with a pool stick.
Like was stated before, it's fast forewarded, it feels like. But those animations are really good. Your roots seem more traditional, like it has more heart than a lot of animators I see today. Good work, just fix your video so you can show it off better, you deserve it.
i was thinking kind of like an aliens style futuristic hallway. I plan on having skyscrapers and buildings that you can see through the glass on the side and top of the modular piece. More grates, and a crapload more pipes and maybe some signs etc. I also plan on having broken sheets of glass with roots and foliage…
I'd try to address the "root of evil" here, the engine's bone stuff, is it an opensource engine, or do you know the guys who coded it? Because they definitely should not insist on those world-align stuff. Because when you create bones in max they will always be "locally aligned" which is also much more true to life, sorta.
