Your lips are off. The corners insert into the face, for starters. You're gonna want to spend a lot more tim one the face.

Oh, usually you put in "Tris" and not "Faces". A face could be a Tri, or a Quad, or any N-Gon. A Tri is a Tri, and is universal. :)

your normal map issues are most likely due to inverted faces on the low/high poly or the normals are facing the wrong way
