Not at this time, animation support is something we plan on adding at a later date. Not currently, layering will be added in an update some time in the future as well. We've got a big thread over in tech talk dedicated to TB2 as well: http://www.polycount.com/forum/showthread.php?t=128766
Thanks for the replies. I think I have a better understanding now. @sprunghunt: Thanks for that link dude. That looks like a really neat and useful tool. Unfortunately I only have CS2 at the moment so I will have to wait till I eventually upgrade.
Yeah it does, thats the weirdest thing. The driver still shows it working correctly. I've tried just restarting PS and that dosent seem to help, using ps7 cause i was getting retarded freezing up in cs2 when i painted too many strokes.....
Also we don't know what will happen if we start using alot of hydrogen. 100 years ago they thought gas was a clean fuel (compaired to coal) whats a little C02 going to hurt? Plants put that off naturally right? Now look at us...
Doesn't work in versions of Photoshop prior to CS2 though. We had to use PNGQuant with Photoshop 7 in order to get pngs w/alpha on PS2. I use CS3 now as do most studios of course, but a lot of smaller studios and outside contractors might not.

You guys can grab Crysis Wars trial and use Crysis Wars SDK which is somehow improved version over the original Sandbox2. So you can pretty much get CE2 for your personal shit for free :)
ut2004 is making heavy use of modularity, especially levels like CTF-MoonDragon (retail level) or ctf-CBP2-Decadence (from the community bonus pack 2 are great examples of what can be achieved when you master that technique.
I bet Odium will play it no end on the Xbox360 anyway, What kind of graphics you expect from such an outdated console? No wonder why he doesn't play BC2 with us any more, I bet he spends his days playing Cod games :P
