I also looked at some of my past works and I have two more characters I'll be posting, one is a real life girl I modeled (Just a bust version) and the other is a more detailed cartoon guys face. I'll be posting those two with the addition of my environmental models I'm rendering right now. -

Make sure you export the character in the bind pose position. It's been a while since I exported animations for xna so things might have changed, but I had the same problem and that solved most of my problems. So turn off autokey if on, set the time slider to the first frame, select the root joint and go to 'Skin' -> 'Go… -

In the relaxed pose the palms point downward. Generally the relaxed pose is the one where the body is subjected to minimal deformation so it should be a good base for rigging. The T stance isn' very relaxed and most people recommend a 45° position for the arms (the widest angle at which the shoulder will remain relaxed)… -

Repeat command at mouse position
Is there a way to show selected points in world position in Maya ? I'm trying to understand repeat command at mouse position, if you move a point on a mesh what is it related to; world or local position because, if you repeat the same command on another point on the mesh the results are not the same as was the first point ? -

Well. There's less jobs in general than when the OP made the post, significantly less remote jobs and more skilled people that just lost their jobs. So Yes.. worse now. On the other hand, it doesn't smell worse than it was pre-covid -
