i like it, overall its really nice, one thing is... the head doesn't really fit the body very much, the body is really beefy and the head looks almost fragile etc. the head just needs a little more work.
Hi, I need a little help. I have Imported .obj head in ZB and after some testing, Now I imported same Head but .fbx. The issue here is that now both head have different scaling in ZB. In blender they are at same position, same size. Thanks

your sketches have the head a little bigger on it, in your sketches the character is roughly 2 heads high where as your model is about 3 heads and dosnt' come off as quite so cute

The silver metal on the sides of the head are still separate geo. It's not contributing to the silhouette, just place it in as a normal map relief. Also, the intersections between the head of the hammer as well as the hammer head body is still sharp. Soften it with a smoothing operation in Zbrush or something.

Wasn't happy with the block head so I added some head detail ... Also added some more detail to the legs and arms. Model now sitting at 400 tris. Increased head texture to 256x256. I think the original quake models were around 300 tris without accessories and around 400 with.
