It could be coming from aonther system on your network. Scan them all with MalwareBytes and Avast. MSSE is basically bare minimum protection, it's going to miss a lot of stuff. -

Mystic Thumbs is heavy for your average PC since it uses it's own Thumbnail saving system. I suggest SageThumbs too, free, integrates with Windows links directly. -

the resolution is too low for whatthefont, also the highlights are confusing the system, so somke better shots might help finding the right font, unless soimeone actually knows it -

yeah it's not a bad deal, you really can't put together a decent machine piece by peice as much as a pre-built system anymore as you used to be able to do...
