Designing by committee is almost always a path to failure OR a terrible design. Just sayin'. :) I do think they should pick someone to work with though and do a new UI for the next version. Something not rooted in ... whatever style it uses right now. Whatever it's called. -

At least THQ gave it their all this past year..trying to save everyone. I was really rooting for them. I am glad Evolve has a home with Take-Two. Looking forward to that game. That's interesting to see Deep Silver taking up Metro and Volition.. -

Actually, it was a Chinese invention by accident. When they were experimenting to create an elixir of life. Suddenly it blew up the lab and they found out that they invented a gun powder. Back then, it used to be tied to an arrow since a proper gun wasnt invented but the root of this entire gun thing was that. -

@throttlekitty these are tree roots actually, I didn't extrude along curve as I find it will take more time to construct it. This is just normal extruding from the face but the topology for this polygon not that good as there are a lot stretching for the texture. Have to keep improving on building the topology. X'D -

This time around you should maybe consider adding bigger over all details to the tooth to give it more of an interesting shape,right now all of the micro detail just looks like a stencil in z brush. kinda like the bottom roots of this thing. -

Oh yeeey, awesome news. I hope they go back to UT1 roots and influence from it. And I hope no forceful implementation of a story like in ut3, a 'tourmanent' driven story would be sufficient. Well I know multiplayer and gameplay matters most but still :) -

Holy mother of sweet Jesus... this guy is climbing with the weight of the woman and the rock on his back ? That should be hard... It's a bit hard to undertand, the girl looks more flying than beeing pulled up, and what are the things on the rock ? A bone tail and a kind of root ? Or a tentacle ?
