Day 5 Just practicing to get a likeness on a stylized/cartoon character made from head but disney inspired. I've had a little break on sculpting just a couple of days. But today i'm back on to work on the problems highlighted in the comments. -

Whoah! Thats awesome! My older brother got to go see that before it was released with the director & cast. My Grandfather worked on the animatronics for Disney (both in features, and at the theme parks). Heck, he may have done the animatronics for Max! -

[WIP] Mulan: Sword of the Ancestor
started work on the sword used by mulan, in the Disney film of the same name i wanted to update the weapon a little to make it a bit more 3d, i happened across a painted edit which did just that, this is what i used for the main bit of refrence -

The art style on this is soo inspirational, can't believe I have only seen this till now. I think you hit the nail on this perfectly, the birds are a nice addition to the scenery too, reminds me of the old Disney animated birds from Bambi!
