Been trying to look for some hint of that through comments etc. alas to no avail I see no mention. That's what I expected too.. but I'm just going to go with the excuse of it's a soft launch site right now to keep my hopes up.
Team Cloudmind aka Skyway and ikarus. Sky Empire Throne Room. WIP Thread http://www.polycount.com/forum/showthread.php?t=149752 We went too big and too bold, but it was a good learning experience all the way through. Thanks everyone.
i've never heard of anyone doing it like that and it is most likely the cause for your issues. what you probably want to do is to break the UVs at your "fold" lines and overlap aka move them over each other instead of folding them.
you should go with a bfg!! aka big freak'n gun! but as a whole i like where it is going...i get a cartoony vibe from it, not sure if that is your goal though but maybe its the material you have ontop of it to give that effect to me.
Naah, the PPC970 (aka G5) is different from the X360's (which I believe are called PPEs), most importantly the X360 CPU is in-order, meaning it doesn't reorder code to keep all of its parts busy and therefore stalls more easily.
another idea: highlight or add a color note to the line of those objects in the list that are already available in the scene (aka the objects to be merged or replaced) so that one quicker can see which objects are already exported or available in your scene from the list.
LOL! If someone made more of these I'd buy them, After my Re-enacting experience I am more dangerous to myself with a needle and thread, than a gun. But I'd buy one, simply to toss aat people playing the game. :-) Scott
Adam, even though that is a great idea. ireally dont think itll work and we'll end up with a haphazard pictures of portfolios WAITING to be critiqued ala the What you are working on thread syndrome. Probably unfair Guess it might tho! Lets see :)
Aaw I still don't know what to do exactly, and others are already doing similar things to some of my first ideas :s Will be dumb if there several times the same things. Time to do some more extensive researches and brainstorming for me.
