It's fine to be enthusiastic about a studio and to tell them that, but don't don't compromise your integrity. For you to get hired at a studio ( really anywhere) they have to need you not the other way around. If you really want to work at a certain studio that's great because you can tailor your portfolio towards them.… -

At previous studios and my current, they have rewarded employees for communication, team work, morale boosting, etc. Performance rewarding by leadership does tend to breed toxic behavior when it is all that is driving morale.
