that's actually a very good point. so what dropbox does, is updates the folder in realtime. a taskbar popup will notify you a new file had been added and synchronized locally, to your dropbox documents folder. dropbox doesn't have a server side virus scan, they leave it to their users to decided which anti-software to use… -

This is what annoys me most about the idea of ads in games, I dont mind the investment into the industry but dont ever screw with the game experience! It may be subtle at first but Im sure they would like to get ads in there more overtly and they are probably hoping to gradually make these changes so as not to anger…
