We use oculus medium in our workflow alongside maya, max and zbrush so its def. something that can be used for production. That said, without a headset it doesnt seem worth the effort
Hey ! New update. We changed the concept a bit and we have done some texture look dev !hope you like it ! c&c are still welcome :) Team: vezinav and elodie
Thanks for all the shares Maximum-Dev. Another tip: use Saturate over Clamp nodes if you are after 0-1. It's cheaper, if not practically free (and the node is smaller, if you are OCD on organization).
@sdmitchell & KennyTies This runs challenge runs until the end of Dec 13th. And yes we will have another challenge next month, Alex has already picked out the concept we will be using.
this is a really beautiful, well done piece. What was your process for doing the hand painted textures? Did you follow a d3 dev's workflow or did you do your own thing?
yeah like we had it already several times here at polycount. Some of my favorite threads here at polycount are about that, valuable input and a dev actually eagerly listening and updating with that input.
I'm pointing out the silliness of people boycotting a game because one of the devs was rude online but still playing on consoles that were manufactured at a factory that works it's employees so hard they commit suicide.
Nah, the closest thing I can find is the ObjectsActions menu shortcut but you might as well use the interface. Put it forward as a feature request, the dev is awesome and has helped me before :)
