I personally stick with TGA's....I don't think importing psd's is a good idea man. They contain a lot of information that I don't believe is relevant at all for when importing to UDK. Plus, they are way bigger file sizes. Use TGA man!
Lightmaps will contain colour from your lights and from indirect diffuse reflections. (Bounced light) if you have coloured objects in your scene they will have an affect on the lights colour. even if your using pure white lights (which your shouldnt)
Yeah i know and they did a cool job. i was just stunned seeing that the golden steps all around my place are pokestops (golden steps are stones put into the cobblestone sidewalks, that contain the informations of jewish citizens that lived there and were killed in the holocaust)
Leira, an elvish pirate. Inspired by internet piracy! Leira breaks into the great magi libraries and copies the contents of rare books containing magical information. She sells the information on the black magic market of course :D She has no mouth.. yet. Ignore that!

I meant the "transformation 2d" node. Or the "material transform" node. But I agree with poopipe - it sounds like you need to arrange your workflow in a more flexible way. The point of a material library is that it shouldn't contain any data that is locked to a specific mesh. It should just be 'concrete' not 'curbing'.
