Looks pretty good but my main problems with it are the texture/mat of the sword blade and the shorts; there are waay too many folds there, pretty much all cloth would have fewer but larger folds.
you could start with the clothes, right now they just wrap around her, especially the sleeves, you could definitely add some folds and wrinkles and make them look a little better
Some things I would add to this character: a belt, some type of necklace with a gem that gives him his powers, and some type of embroidery design on the clothing to show off his status.
I have to say I'm jealous, really great work. What texture size do you use for this crisp textures? Do you have any special workflow for the wood or cloth?
Loving the hair, especialy around the ears:poly142:. The shoulder clothing seams on the shirt are coming off as UV seams on the low poly. I'd like to see some more detail in the hand texture too.
The face looks great to me, but you lost the depth to the cloth in those textures. Folds that are sculpted barely show up and probably the pattern doesn't help either. But really nice work with the face :)

small update. moved some stuff around and added a little bit of color. i made his neck a bit shorter too. not in love with the color of the symbols on the cloth. next up is hair!
