You can say anything you want as criticism, but your criticisms can be criticized as well. I think some of you think that it has to either be 100% realistic or 100% fantasy. You don't think that 60-75% realism is a valid goal?
that is eastern side of Scholzarbasin of Northrend in World of warcraft I believe...If you are taking the ref for your model than you are on the right track. Good work so far. =) Your tree looks abit more realistic than the one in scholzarbasin ref.
Assets dont affect gameplay. Just instead of doing them in-house you buy them and then pretty much drag and drop. Actually then all realistic games look just about the same and gameplay/story will become more important than now.

A quick magic wand selection and fill combined with a soft very small outter glow in layer…
my first internship was with a AAA studio and got me in the door. it doesn't hurt to try. There is a 100% chance of you not getting it if you don't apply. Also be realistic about your portfolio if you apply, make sure you are ready for the job.
Yeah, a list of the usernames + url + what kind of art would be awesome. That's a great idea. We could add things like: Environment, Probs, Characters, Guns, Vehicles, Stylized, PBR, Handpainted, Realistic ect. I'd help to start such a list.
