Have you tried Reset Xform to fix the skewing? And for the rotated gizmo, set the coordinate system to "World" from "Local" on the main toolbar. -

Fumes is already in the system, most things like this have moves to dynamask where you gain control of materials and how they work with masking. -

Particle Systems to appear to have an option for scaling the motion blur applied to their particles (which is perfect) but it appears to not work (less than perfect). :( -

In the biped control panel, expand "Keyframing Tools" and check on "separate FK Tracks" for whatever systems you want to have separate keys. -

Looks like BF2 with some destructible stuff and COD4's perks/level up system. Sounds sweet but it's not the highest on my list. -

The entire system for immigration is because there is a lot of fraud when it comes to entering the country illegally. I don't agree with it, but that is the train of thought behind it.
