Thanks for the pointers. I use 3dsmax btw. I did some looking around. Seems like Marmoset might be cranking out a new version that allows rendering out realtime animations for films and stuff. If that hppens, ue4 might get used less lol. Just that ue4 is quite complicated/technical whereas Marmoset is just very simple. -

Re: Normal map seams on UV seams
First thing i see is that the Lowpoly has 2 UV maps. The placement of those UVs aren't really good either. A good place to start is to delete one of the maps you have. Im not too sure about 3dsmax but your modeling program may not like 2 maps for one single object (i know Modo will not like it). -

Frump> I didn't find any new game production oriented features at all either, modelling being one of those areas. For me it makes sense for Autodesk to not have two rival programs in their lineup. Could it not be that they want to leave those areas for 3DSMAX to handle while they let Maya handle more film/simulation/custom… -

Wow, that's some cool animation. Is that 3dsMax, i dont really recognize the way you do your animating, so it might not be max. And hot texturing by qubism as well, i love! the skin parts, but it's awesome overall. I would love to get my hands on this but school is keeping me, maybe later. Big thanks to Slaught anyway. -

it is pretty simple math. Let's say 1 subscription = $1000/year. Then 2 mil would be 2 billion/year, M&E 1 year revenue is around $160mil last year. Maya never have made more than 3dsMax. So.. the best base could be around around $60mill per year. Thats 60,000 subscripbers. -
