yeah I can do that but I just didn't pay attention to that and lost my original uv layout will check out the re uv button also, cheers cryid its really more of a general workflow thing, if I am iterating on head models and making small updates, I bake a quick normal map in zbrush, so need the correct uv's in place -

Oh, okay. Million dollar question, as I do in photoshop, say if I find a good texture on the net, could I move it around my flat UV layout like I can do it photoshop? I don't really see how I can apply pre-made textures to specific areas on a UV unless painter lets me do this. -

I think you can greatly improve on the UV layout. As right now there is loads of space not used. And also some of the islands are really close to each other which will harm it when texture sizes go down. If you're a VFX artist/animator then yes, I agree, that a reel is needed. But as others said, a nicely layed-out portfolio is much better because then who ever is viewing your site doesnt have to sit through the whole thing.
