I would encourage getting 7 hours of sleep a night instead. I was always more productive getting plenty of sleep and often did better than trying to perform an all nighter. I would also suggest limited the number of hours you do work in a day and never go past 8 hours. Productivity is lost there too. It was mentioned… -
