I know it's probably not the right place to ask for this, but is there any plans for 3DSMax LT in the future? It was asked elsewhere on Polycount and I figured out, since some Autodesk guys are here you might be able to answer :)
Looking good as usual Mistry! Level 5 Inception right there. You need to make a conversion to a realtime engine in a future project, would be cool to see what you can come up with in a game engine.
spsilcox - thanks! Nice article! I don't know nothing about Skyrim creation and my overall knowledge about game industry is very poor now, but I hope to fix this omission in the nearest future:)
Jeffro: Yeah I need to take down the old ones and work on some new ones for sure. Hopefully that will be changing in the very near future. Lots of stuff that could be posted up for tech / tutorials section.
Okay, now I'm done! This was a lot of fun and I look forward to learning more about 3D in the future! I plan to practice some more over the summer. Thanks for keeping up with my progress!
thanks dude, yah you not the firs one to mention it :( i used to much unique parts and now really regretting it, but really dont want to re bake this thing :( in future will make shore not to repeat this mistake
003. Venusaur Full hour again, I'm definitely getting a lot faster and more confident with my lines. I hope I can get fast enough to add some shading to future drawings.
Oh not this again :) As far as the collective knowledge of these here interwebs go, there is currently no way to deal with this niggle, save for possibly setting each and every lightmap to "nomipmaps" after each bake. Perhaps in future updates of UDK?
Xelan101 - Thanks man! spectre1130 - Thanks, the first image is a render and then I did the Illustration with it, painted the background and the power on the arrow. almighty_gir - thnks Ill look into it. d1ver - cool maybe could be a tweak for the future thanks.
Thanks everyone for the awesome tips! I really could use all these for future references when I run into baking issues. I found the problem was also in how I plugged in the normals map too.
