Had a look at the gloss/specular power, perhaps this is what you're after? Other than that, there's not much of a sense in setting it up in Marmoset if it's going into UDK, you should be optimizing it for the target engine right away.
Well, low poly is done. Im pretty bagged, but I'm going to power through, I'm really interested to see what I can do within a 24 hour limit. UVs....*sigh*
I use it here and there for interfacing with Maya, when MEL won't do the job. One of our artists here at SD writes all his tools in Python, it is very powerful in combination with Maya and MEL.
Need to change my 6 years old PC also. Was looking at the same stuff that Minos posted. Tho I don't think you'll need that huge 850 power suply. 650 will be enough
Looks great! But there's not much indication of scale that I can see. Is it skyscraper sized? Human sized? Normal power drill sized? If there were elements that indicated it's relative size to a human it could help a lot.
I second this. I found it quite easy to jump into UE4 from UDK, the only things I needed to do some learning on were the PBR mats, and the power of Blueprints, Blueprints are very awesome.
eric - The Shellac on the high poly will do this. I had a shellac material with 2 raytraces with the specular power and gloss set at different values. aniceto - thanks, that clears that part up. i was confused about that.
Hey guys, So i got a i7 5930k, x99 mobo, 32gb ddr ram, and gtx 970 For PSU I ordered the corsair gold 750W, will that be enough to power it all? Thanks for the help
Love Gold Rush, not so sure about the medic feels a bit over powered now. The pyro is back to being useless. I'm starting to get back into Demo again, loving it, good times.
Nice body. Do vampires have some regen powers ? Because I wonder what can rip a chainmail without ripping the skin too. Or maybe you will add ripped flesh later ?
