The dicks should detach and recombine into a giant dick-sword or weapon! Kidding aside, they do look glued on. In the sketch they look like they're a natural extension of the ogre's body. Other than that this looks awesome.
All talking about Max, but whats with Maya? Max has the 3PointShader, Maya has nothing, just a subscription dx extension which doenst work for students :( XouliulShader 2.0 for Maya 2012/2013?
Yea this is what I've heard / read. It just seems annoying that their is no clear look at how their tools differ. I want to make a decision without having to download both and extensively try them out.
Checkout Animation Mentor and Ianimate, from memory their workshops extensively cover all facets involved but are a tad expensive however the trade off is the realtime instructor feedback or try Gnomon if all else fails.
Uh.. Rhinokey MDsquad is (Confirmed so far): tRens Razorbladder expendable Elysium I'd be in but I have to work MDsquad will probably go USMC, although I'm sure they'd go MEC if it was needed.
That is looking cool Eric. I don't want to derail your thread but does anyone know if you can extract an "erosion map" from World Machine that color codes the extent of erosion that was calculated?
depending on how extensively you need to use it, it can be a total cocking nightmare. developers often have proprietary tools to help get around its problems, if they need to use quite a few references
You can't stop it from lagging. This has to do with the type of video card you're using. Does it have "M" extension in its name? (if it's a laptop then it most definitely does; example - GeForce GT540M)
it looks like you're rendering your model with global illumination, it's making your model look very dry and it would probably help to simply light it with some lights or have it self illuminated to an extent.
i may be wrong on this one...but don't you have to download it as an extension like probooleans? i could be wrong. but that was my first thought. haha. sorry, i thought you said polycruncher. disregard.
