     I agree, we are still using 2012 at work even though we are on subscription. But 2014 is more like Service Pack 2 for 2012. The first service pack was 2013... heh.

     I think that theme need to be patched system and change Explorer.exe EQ you just need stop useless service and table service all u need and switch windows basic theme

     The log shows that your drivers are functioning. Perhaps you could try opening Services as an administrator, stopping Wacom Tablet Service, and then restarting it afterward. If that doesn't clear it up, try reinstalling your drivers.

     I know many people who torrent games that buy all Blizzard and Valve games. Those games are a service, and the purchase of the game is simply a one time fee for an ongoing service of a game that will continually grow update, and upgrade.
