Zelda wasn't switched from Gamecube. It is a Gamecube game, but it will have added functionality on the Wii. As far as I can tell, the Wii can do a pixel shader or two at any given time, so lets say maybe Doom 3 level graphics?
Pior: i dont know much about cintiq's but do they have any sort of mapping functionality, ala vanilla wacom drivers? if so you could probablly set it up to map to half hte screen, and that problem would work itself out.
i think you should seriously reconsidder the anatomy of the wing muscles. heres a pic i scanned in from my D&D book. it shows how you would need to place another set of deltoids and pectorals in order for the wings to function properly.
The problem for me is when there is detail that has no gameplay function. Why have windows, water, mud etc in a game that looks photoreal but is completely non-interactive? So in that sense almost every game is way too detailed in art, or not nearly detailed enough in gameplay.
Though its Red for the base color you can always add some different saturations on red or purplish metallic colors on there... I agree that the function is a little iffy though (i.e: The supports holding the engine suspended.) Worth the attention though...great work.
They killed imageready in cs3 so they could move some of the functionality into photoshop. SOME. Retardedly, you can apparently create animated gifs in photoshop, but are unable to open/edit them. Adobe, naturally, recommends purchasing fireworks if you want to work with animated gifs.
You don't need to project the polypaint. You just use polypaint to texture function and export the texture. Apply it to your low poly. Note: ZB uvs are vertically flipped in relation to other software so hit the flip v button before export.
In what specialists are calling a "dick move", it looks like Microsoft removed that functionality in Vista and Windows 7. Here's what Google gave me - registry editing in Windows 7! http://www.winhelponline.com/blog/change-file-type-icon-windows-7-and-vista/
Can definitely recommend SpinRite. Used it several times to recover data from family's, friends', and coworkers' computers. Though it does rely on the HDD being mechanically functional (not counting damaged sectors). If a platter or an arm is broken it will probably not do you much good.
you lose all keyboard functionality with most tablets, they end up being only good for sketching, I'd pass on them. I had one for several years, still ended up hooking the wacom up to it so I could use the keyboard.
