So as by Kite Demo: LOD_0: 115000 LOD_1: 13000 LOD_2: 2500 LOD_3: 32 I hope that term "polys" mean triangles in Unreal. Please correct me if I'm wrong. So my triangle count is still on safe side (initial worry faded away). Hope Unity will not prove me wrong :D
Really cool piece :) I love the rock floors, you see that a lot in Greece. I also really liked that you had that swinging feeling to the steps in the concept. The Aegean islands saw Turkish and Venetian occupation and so you can find a lot of curvy middle eastern architecture as a result. If you could reintroduce that into…

They are specifically not wanting to focus on any PBR implementations yet. They want to optimize the engine as it stands now, which they have decided a deferred shader system is best. After they get that working with the current shader system in the engine, then they will focus on PBR/IBL, etc. Thats why I have been…
well that's an average temp, if the thermal paste was uneven, then certain areas were probably getting hotter than others. 130c in some areas and 60c in others... It was happening quite a bit when people would do their own paste, which is one of the reasons they started applying it for everyone heh.
