Why start a company? I cant see any benefit in legally owning a company, unless some digital distribution requires it (I think steam and xbla does) but that can be done when it comes up. Micro, yeah the lines could very well be baked to UVs if necessary - they sit right on the surface of the reference mesh and they would be grabbed perfectly by a projection cage.
