wmv and mov, just like every movie trailer. If you want more, great, but having those two pretty much guarantees everyone will be able to watch. -

i HATE showreels in wmv. Quicktime allows you to scrub backwards and forwards at your leisure, which is vital if you want to look closely at someone's work. -
