Re: "Senior" role?
Seniors are generally more experienced; the same way standard artists have seniority over junior artists. There's no hard and fast rule as to what defines someone as 'senior'. Lead roles generally involve management of other artists - senior roles generally do not. Therein lies the key difference. -

some good modelling but the main thing thats bugging me is the deltoid, i know its a stylised character but even then the anatomy should be correct. The deltoid connects around the collarbone and scapular, there isnt a defined ridge between the arm and body like youve got, good modelling otherwise :) -

It will definitely take me a lot of time, but now it is easier because everything is fully defined. I guess that I will take a few days to switch my model into high-poly version, part by part. Also existing texture could serve like blueprint for details. Thanks for advice. -

I never even thought to add some pure whites or blacks to get punch up the spec contrasts, I always thought 0's and 255's were a no no. I'll definately have to give it a try with the next vegetation I make, thanks a bunch Spangles! :D -

XSI support is on hold (at least for now). I don't know if it works, cause I've never worked in-depth with the C1 XSI Exporter but if you can define the RC.exe (or it's respective folder) then you might be able to run that with the CE3 Exporter. Are you trying to compile static or skeletal meshes? -

I'm definitely interested in the Maya to Max tutorial as well, would love to get an update when it launches. Also, just curious what defines, "noobish youtube tutorials put together by people who shouldn’t be making tutorials". I'm just hoping I'm not one of those people. -

Thx Spearhafoc :) Just a little update on the magic shop before going to dinner,I'm starting defining panneling,details and figuring out more stuff. Also just added the light's and tweaked the img before uploading only for experiment purpose, the file I'm working on is more "rough" -

The difference between a religious ceremony and a legal binding contract you can get down at the town hall. IIRC, civil unions entitle the members to some of the taxation credentials that married couples get. (Maybe shared insurance, I'm not quite clear how a civil union defines a spouse).
