James O'hare right? (Your profile picture is familiar). Long time no speak! I shall try inverting the green channel when I get home. *EDIT* You were bang on, inverted the green channel in max's RTT dialog and it's solved the issue!
Took my sweet time (sorry to all those who asked for this) but here you go! The FBX export seems to have some issues I don't know how to solve right now, but I included the original blender file as well. > download <
Thanks! I was trying rotate but it was not working. I managed to make all normals point upwards, but it's sadly not solving my issue with light. It looks great and uniform when unlit: And it looks horrible when lit: Any ideas what might cause this? :s

Hi there, I followed the tutorial to try it out and it worked really good ;P. Not bad for the first try and was really easy to do, took about 10 mins and its going to help me solve the hair problem I was having. Thanks for the tip
Thanks for the replies guys! In the end I had to map some new vray shaders for the bark and leaves. I think I was looking for a workaround when I should have just made some new textures to begin with. Thanks again, issues is solved!
