Re: New to Micromesh, have a problem setting it up
There are two buttons for this called Spin Edge and Align Edge. Second one should get all the micromeshes pointing in the same way and the first one spins the micromesh so it points in the way you want. -

Hey there. Have you noticed there are some letters on the Remesh All button.. those are for symmetry and by default X is active ... I am pretty sure this is your problem. Just try to deactivate it and it should work :) -

Shit, i was hoping that was going to blow my mind with something like, "Hold CTRL and ALT and click the button and it'll ask you to bind the command" or whatever. :) Still, cool that he's making these vids. -

Seems obvious I know but I press the render button after setting best or whatever and the memory indicator moves then nothing happens, nothing in clipboard either. This was the same with my previous system too. -

Ark - Where should I find the alpha tab in the modifier? I have the Vertex Alpha channel radio button selected in the parameters rollout, but it doesn't seem to have an effect! Thanks for your time -

I still don't know how youtube embed works guess only a select few can use that functionality, if not their should be an easy youtube button in the reply options as it never works for me, thanks. -

I changed from maya to 3ds max myself, found it a breeze didn't need to change anything, I love max :) Everyone is not the same tough, on your latest question try checking this button.
