In Sweden you seldom have CAD drafters just doing modelling, if I'm thinking of the same thing (Usually called mechanical designer). I struggle a lot with that too. It's amazing how easy it is to see problems in someone else's work and yet be incapable of being objective with your own. It's crazy.
