In my experience it doesn't matter if you include it in the skin weighting or not. Another root can be added underneath if needed. -

I would include the shoulders, clavicle, and upper arm if I were you. The pectoralis muscle connects to the humerus. -

You didn't get an email from them? It always includes instructions for downloading the installer and doing it all manually.
