I have a problem with Ndo2. Everytime when I try type new TEXT and apply "paste setting" Suite start crushing. But this issue not happen if I reload Ndo2 or resave settings.
Likely, a virus slipped in while you were using it, then waited to install itself when you restarted. They embed themselves into windows dlls or registry, which won't reload until the next boot.
There's no reason why you can't have moving holds in any animation. Animation without moving holds looks significantly different in any sequence whether it's a reload, idle, jump, or a walk animation.
Well yes absolutely, just go under C:/Users\***youruserID***\Documents\maya and *.zip everything in this folder. To reload it unpack it at the same exact location and order you picked it at first. Hotkeys file is located in the pref folder and is named "userHotkeys.mel"
same here.. my files get so friggin huge that having max or the game engine reload a psd takes way too long. qSave and a page-long photoshop action (adding edge padding and what not) are the way to go for me.
ahhh i was on the page a minute before, debating on to pull the trigger, i reload the site and bought it but had to pay $10 extra for my lateness :( (i missed the preorder time) i shall now have to console myself with a mince pie.
Thank you for the information. 2:30 for a 500mb mesh is somewhat slow but not completely unexpected. Of course, with a 2GB file the load time will be longer still. I would be curious to time these files myself but there probably isn't anything out of the ordinary happening. When a mesh file is loaded into Toolbag, there…
not bad with the animations but personally, i think you could push the animation more, especially the "switching to ak" part and the "reload" part. It's just abit too slow and it lacks the roughness in it (not sure how to subscribe it)
Try to determine which objects are out of alignment and toggle FFD on and off for that object. I have seen 3dsmax not properly update all objects being modified by a single FFD after reloading a scene.
badass! all the videos in this thread showed up as white boxes until i reloaded the page, but works great! side note, not sure if it matters, but embedded youtube videos are centered and vimeo ones are not :) woo!
