If you have hard time work on a area in topogun just open the model in your modeling software delete everything that you have already retopo (in your case probably front and back of the T-shirt) => export .Obj => import as reference in topogun Or if already retopo geometry giving you trouble export to obj => open in… -

The rear wheels don't need to be round. From the looks of it they appear to be some kind of material (rubber or otherwise) on a track loop circling a central hub. Yeah if you want cinematic, you just need good acting, some color grading, cinematic camera angles and action sequences, etc. Framerate isn't what makes film, film.
