Looks awesome, this is how you do a licensed game. It looks a lot more like Paper Mario combat wise with JRPG elements. Southpark did a recent episode that kinda played homage to the game. http://www.southparkstudios.com/full-episodes/s17e07-black-friday
Apologies again for the double-post (triple-post?). I've taken Light On Switch's advice to heart and aggresively mirror/duplicate elements where I can to minimize their footprint on the texture sheet. Here's my two latest texture sheets (1024x1024 and 2048x1024 respectively):
I think so too, for texturing anyways. It's great for Photo editing (I find it better than Elements) but Quixel exist on it though. I'm starting to migrate into Substance but I still do most of my work on Photoshop cause Quixel and I love it. :)
If I knew all the software comfortably to pull that off it would take me a month. The animation with the elements moving thorough the tubes and the later one with the line can be done in 2D. That said, I'd probably want $5K minimum and at least a month lead time.
As you can see from picture you have element background set up as black so that's why. You got perfectly normal result. Try to turn GI on first, read Help a little and ask again with more specific question sir.
Really cool stuff, guys! Here's one of my latest concept of the elemental for the game I'm currently working on. And actually my first project on Artstation. It would be nice to know your opinion about it and to get some advice :) https://www.artstation.com/artwork/AbmBN
Yeah, there are great things in that mockup! However customizable web interfaces usually mean quite a bit of slowdown ... Id rather have all that functionality spread around a few distinct pages - or maybe display preferences toggling some elements on and off once and for all.
Thanks Daniel ! Yes I always use references even if I create patterns or original materials. Here is my cartoon entry for the substance share challenge. I have try to create an Overwatch texture which can be use on a lot of architectural elements.
Best things ive done since Ive got into 3D... Change the space bar key. Change autoback to 40 every 3 minutes. Added a hot key to "select element" in the UV Editor. The mistakes are everything that you cats had already said.
Hey guys! First post here! Love to see the works in this thread :) Here's something that I'm working on. Still feel like the elements in the image are not very consistent with each other, so I need to fix that! Cheers guys and keep up the awesome work
