I almost always use instancing before transfer attributes. The latter is bugged and sometimes you don't get any transfers despite trying all different settings. Making a chain with instanced links is easy too with a script known as Duplicate Along Curve. You can find it on Creative Crash.
I do not know a game series which has such vast creative potential as Assassins Creed. Yet, somehow with every iteration of the game it just slips further and further away from its original vision. I really feel sorry for the awesome art teams behind these games. They deserve better.
Very creative. I love heaping huniks of junk. your spec maps are looking good. IMHO the cover is cool, but if you really want that amazing stories look, try a wide angle lens and make the top of the bot enlarged. it will be more dynamic plus show more detail. just a thought
@Joopson I don't think Michael Knubben meant too demean those artists contributions to the music industry per se, but rather as opposed to the relevance of posting a linked personal blog covering a broad range of creative disciplines which is obviously distinct from the digital framework by which this site is renown.
The Dota workshop can be a harsh mistress. If your item is solid and you have a solid promo image visibility will mostly not be an issue... mostly. That being said start making more items, but you really need to be more creative than a doubled bladed katana No copy paste plz, gl hf
which is why adobe can't abandon apple (or vice versa) because i think its around 50 percent of their income comes from the creative suite on mac... funny how that works huh? I think we'd see apple take a huge hit were adobe to abandon them..
Thanks RTW is moddable, but not extensively. There is no real mod support from Creative Assembly, nor are there any "real" mod tools. Defineatly no source code, either. Hopefully that will change soon. Right now, there are a few maxscripts that people have made, which allow you to import/export the CAS mesh files.
Just about every thumbnail ever done for Dom War in which someone used Alchemy, turned into a leaf monster. Drove me nuts. "check out my big sacttered pile of crap, tait I creative!? I cans grip wacom pen wiff ass cheeks! SQUEEL!"
Joe Carnahan dropped out of M:I3 in July due to 'creative differences'. Must be John Woo's ego got in the way there. I suppose it's also Woo's fault that Alan Silvestri was booted from the first film before scoring more than 30 minutes of the movie. Big Cruise fan, are you?
Recently had an art test and was only given a week to complete it. The idea was an Alley way of any theme and time period of my choice. So to show some variety and be creative a chose more of a futuristic environment with some modern day materials. Was hoping to get some feed back so I can keep working on this to improve…
