it looks like they're using tiling textures in those images - but they are using vertex color to blend together some different textures so you don't notice it.
You should have some pixel padding at your uv seams to avoid texture bleeding like this. Is this image showing the model displaying a baked AO or what?

I'm completely unfamiliar with the AX, but that buggy is sick. And having a caged cockpit that's still open design is nice blend between the two designs. Looking forward to more
tnx SupRore: the brush i use the most is a chalk brush with opacity and flow on pen pressure. And usually a pretty standard softbrush and alt for blending tones together.
