^I would entirely agree. well, ok, not entirely. A couple of these concepts would be a lot easier than others. such as the "tree house" and the deus ex concept. -

Def. agree with Mark, in a city design like this modular is the way to go. You can always throw in some decals to break up the consistency as well. -

Substance Painter/Designer, better that all others. Quixel is just full of bugs and require Photoshop, and devs do and fix things with drunk snail speed. -
