you're off to a solid start, IMO i would add something to break up the reflection and specular values. Your materials are so shinny that you are loosing a lot of the details in your model. Looks pretty cool, the fur looks awesome, but I don't like how clumpy it is right now. Maybe try make it a more integrated feature somehow, so the contrast between fur and the body parts that are bald not as harsh as it is right now. Then sharpen up some of the forms, especially around his eye. I love that armor design…
Looks great with what was said above I think it'd look a lot better! That being said, with the animation, the floaty boob bounce looks like some DoA stuff.
