I believe we are facing hardware issue...I just bought a surface replacement sheet from ebay....i hope this might solve my issue. If it doesnt, Ill consider of getting a new one. Never go for intuos!!!
i think the problem is if you are not really functional without your fix - that sounds like a long term problem that requires solving with priority. definitely not one for the interview to bring up when they ask what you consider your weaknesses. ;)
Yo guys again. Today I have another problem. The problem are these ugly black places. I know that I have to make more edges around the extruded region but is there something more to do? Any idea how to solve it?
purkie103, This is very strange, I'm sorry about the hassle. Could you mail me your PSD? I'll try to reproduce your error and come up with a fix for this issue. My personal mail is teddy.bergsman [at] gmail.com. We'll solve this!
Functional fusion reactors or a future power source along those lines as its the gateway to tons of other technological jumps forward (faster, longer space travel for example). Also it solves any long term global energy problems.
Problem... And my google fu is not solving it I select a ring of edges and use extrude, and drag down..However..they don't extrude nor drag down? Wut? ETA: Found it as well, Can't extrude an edge but can extend it.. Okay then.
That has very little to do with steam, any correctly implemented encryption will do the same thing. Unfortunately that's about all it's good for. Once the install has been decrypted it's a free for all. That's where DRM is expected to come in and solve everything.
Thanks for the report, I have added this to our bug system. To answer your question, no there is no alternative method for generating the cage. The likely cause of the problem is the extreme angle change along that vertex, beveling that edge would likely solve it for now.
Mostly solved, the horrendous map was because I mirrored over and then tried to re-bake. The lines are indeed fixed by seperating edges/hardening, the fuzziness is fixed by increasing the search envelope, and the off-angle-blackness is fixed by adding more faces.
Now, that's what I wanted to see! How you solved to move all that amount of detail in your high-poly to this low poly. It's looking really nice. And I really like the mechanism with the rat trap in the weapon! Really smart ;)
