Why is everyone using massive PNG files for their shots?
Am I the only one who hates waiting for these massive 8mb PNGs to download? I'm using 15mbps, so that's certainly an average net speed, not slow. why would you pay the premium on i7? Save yourself a good chunk of that cash and go c2q or c2d. either one will be plenty fast for working on game graphics. You're paying 2-3x the price for a 1.5x performance gain on the cpu. I7 is fast, but I don't think it's worth the price when for what you'll do will see marginal… -
