Solved: If you can believe it... Downgraded from Intellipoint 8.0 to Intellipoint 7.0 and chose Intellipoint Explorer 3.0 as the type of mouse (even though that's not what I'm using). Everything works fine now. Hurray for Microsoft...
Another picture quote thingy from me. Knocked this up before going to sleep and will reveal more during work tomorrow until its solved. 7 hours until the next picture... GO! -caseyjones

That's a good way to handle the situation for real, communication always helps solve the problem. couldn't say it better. Definitely gonna try to do 15 - 30 mins quick improvement no matter how bad of a day I have. :)
Hi I'm quite sure the downsizing is not the source of the issue. Maybe the re-saving. But this is some of these issues you have to solve yourself as no one knows what you did. From a technical point of view, downsizing does not result in this.
I was able to alleviate the problem by increasing the size of the windows page file (50GB). The error no longer appears, but of course the hard drive isn't as fast as the RAM. To really solve this adding more physical memory is necessary I guess.
I don't think the learning ever stops, but it can vary on how long it takes you to reach a professional level, depending on your speciality, artistic skills, drive, technical understanding, problem solving skills, lots of factors.
Unfortunately that's what it would take. Complete annihilation followed by rebuilding. It would not be the most popular approach and would come at a cost of a lot of lives, but the extreme totalitarian regime present in NK won't be solved by diplomacy or internal political opposition.
