I'd say everything looks timed the same. Specifically the walk cycles everyone has this very even pace so they're almost interchangeable. Your Samus and Sonic ones are the best, you can really push Samus more. The entire upper-body is very ridged I think you could put some bounce into the torso just to kinda give it a bit… -

Feels a little cramped and the cords running across the ground don't make much sense, I'd cable em to the wall with metal rings or something...The grate in the center of the room feels weird, as well as tile? Yea they are totally ok as long as they don't screw something up. Generally quads are easier to work with because they give you rings and loops that make your life easier, as well as subdividing and smoothing cleanly. But there are times that triangles or n-gons will totally save the day and keep you from making… -

Steady progress on the secondary details, some of what Shrike says still rings true for me. Your deploy animation is very cool, but it feels a bit light (almost as if this is a miniature instead of something with a lot of weight).
