Yep, you're right, by AO I assume the actual AO in mental ray, which is pretty much kaput in Max for baking out stuff properly. Have you ever got this to work? This would use massive amount of memory and its likely that you are running out of VRAM. AFAIK, Marmoset doesn't compress textures and from what I can tell doing my own tests, it uses around 85mb per 4k texture. What Chev is taling about is the "custom code" node. For which his description is correct. I think Viking is asking about the other node called "code container".
