Tried the demo today... it was taking forever on the loading screen, and I Alt-Tabbed out and found that there was an error after waiting about 3 minutes... deleted :P -

When baking assets with multiple uv seams you will want to bake with an averaged cage. Ray distance is quicker, but produces errors at seams. Glad you got it sorted! -
Re: Displaying texture maps in portfolio question...
In my experience, the normal map shows the most visible errors with the bake/low poly. As long as the normals bake perfectly, the other maps should bake with a few clicks. -
