At the moment, your main building looks like someone has built it like they build a dry-stone wall : roughly-hewn stone piled on top of each other, and held together through gravity, luck and faith. before you start worrying about lighting, or even the contrast and detail of the textures… -

Yeah it's definitely tons of fun and rewarding once you get it all working, but be careful! One miss step and the engine will sh*t itself...Had that happen several times. Luckily Cryengine will try to save things for you when you crash. it's kind of nice.
