i went over it and did the stuff, but havent managed to fix the smoothing errors on the dustcover. ill do that tommorow, i think it might be pretty time consuming.
Getting close to finishing up the "operation table" for the medical bay. Some baking errors I need to go back and fix, but most of the parts for it is done, then it's on to texturing.
that was the very first thing i tried... but it just don't work, expect of a million error messages :) So it really seems that there is no version for 2015 avaiable right now?
Do you mean to ask how I made the normal map like that with no smoothing errors? It's as simple as baking it with 2 separate smoothing groups for those faces.
+1 on the normals But also the hard edges bake has errors And i still think that the scratches are to random and flat getting better al the time, Good luck
It's just a shadow problem with the dynamic lighting in UDK. This is the problem I'm facing and... ... it's not a swizzle error, my normal maps in UDK are correctly set for X+ Y- Z+.
This wasn't really a character more of a free for all day haha. I notice now some anatomical errors but I was proud for a first try at something like this :)
