Okay. BOOM! Thank you all for the critique. Im settling on this as the final for the body. I'm ready to move on. I think your crits really helped, this came a long way in the past few hours I think. I'm going to move onto messing with fibermesh for hair, then clothes/armor/whatever. I'll keep posting progress. -

Hello again guys. Some progress on my OC. I really have trouble making the armors though. I wanted to use topology to build it, but keeps going wrong :( Also I tried IMM Curve for belts, but for some reason when I try to extend the belt - it makes new piece of belt, not connected to anything :/ -

@Allmighty_Thunder Me too :) @Caspar Thanks for your feedback :) I tried to play around with it - and the main issue just seems to be the actual angle fo the head rather than the length of the neck (in my opinion). I might dive back into this underlying body a little later to finish it - but am just focusing on getting the… -

I was able to do some work on the metal. I noticed a lot of colors in the metal in the WoW's armor sets. I'm not sure if I'm applying them correctly. I've been adding greens and blues and mixing layers. Should I go to a grayer color? How do I show the image instead of the attachment btw? -

@mrgesy I have tried to do an imperfection pass to add some damage to the boots and cloak as suggested, as well as just improving the readability of some of the scratches that I previously added to the armor. Hey man, It's looking awesome ! Real cool ! There's just a detail I don't like, you put all the "bamboo" of his armor straight, that way you loose the cool dynamisme of the concept piece you based yourself on. I think your artwork would look a lot better if you correct this ! Hope this helps ! :) -

Stop! Update Time! ohhh ohhh ohhhh! Been busy and I had to take a short break from working on this tortoise brawler, but finally got the chance to finish up the high res with his armor (minus the nasty green color :poly142:) and moved onto the low res model.
