It's likely this also violates copyright. Copyright law is tricky and open to interpretation. I highly recommend getting this book, which explains copyright issues for digital artists, and should be available for free in most libraries. Digital Tutor is great if you're just starting out. It's cheap and cover many topics. Once you're more comfortable and want to dig deeper into certain aspect, Gumroad is a good place to look for specific tutorials. And it's cheap.
