As an AI character, my main note would be that the anticipation pose change could be stronger. Other than the tendrils doing a wave and then going back to the idle pose, the tail is the only big change. The slight crouch isn't enough to sell the antic when the player is in the frenzy of combat. Anticipation is a hard thing… -

Just went and applied some of your suggestions, although they don't make much of a visible difference since it's a bit late into the workflow to do some of those fixes (although the inclusion of the caruncle alone changed her look a lot). Her epicanthic fold is baked into the normal map and I don't know how much I can work… -

I'm not 100% keen on the overall design, but I think it's an improvement from your previous character. While Lord Virus has a cool idea to him, your texture kinda is flooded and hard to read. f.lux adds a yellowish tint is that disabled before you try color control. I usually have it on while working and then i am pissed when i find it was on and the colors are not as cool looking on a design as i once thought once i turn that off. I built tanks for an idie project. the best thing your team can do is use one of the example projects and figure out the size the objects should be, so you don't find yourself with objects so big inside the engine that don't show uphen you export from your 3d application. sorry for the nagging but: - use a proper title next time - so more and better qualified people can answer this - note perhaps what package you use (max?, maya?,..) - again get better help with this - maybe change that screaming signature as for the linking in animations - the easiest way would be to use animation layers… -
